Brand vision implementation strategy

  1. Come up with the brand vision and make it to be widely disseminated among employees to reach a consensus; (completed)
  2. Establish a brand vision that consistent and harmonize with the organizational culture in order to implement the brand's vision;
  3. Determine the brand objectives, to make it concrete and clear on what kind of desired results, provide incentives and implement catalytic mechanism toward those that need to be stimulated;
  4. To assess the brand environment; when the brand objectives are clearly defined, analysis the environment advantages and disadvantages, emphasize on the systematic analysis of brand environment;
  5. Clarify the brand essence and recognize the system; at this stage, need to clarify the brand value, brand positioning and expectations to firm the brand personality;
  6. Develop the internal implementation method to ensure the value and commitment of the brand can be achieved;
  7. Looking for different kinds of brand resources to achieve the brand vision and goals; thus establishing brand recognition among consumers which is a much more concrete step including brand name development, media choices and offer products and services quality, etc.
  8. Evaluation of brand results; mainly based on the indicators and other requirements of brand vision, brand essence and brand objectives to monitor the results. This is a complete brand creation and management process, a brand strategy process (Figure).
